My name is Anne Demme (she/her), and I am a program manager and people leader with 14+ years of experience in community support operations, talent development, organizational efficiency, change management, people leadership, communications, culture building, diversity + inclusion, and employee experience.
My professional background is set apart by 10 years spent with culture-changing, global tech organizations (Airbnb, TikTok), but also includes meaningful time spent in higher education, small business, freelance, and agency environments, both in remote/hybrid and office-based roles. This diversity of experience has been formative in shaping my holistic, humanist approach to work, and has equipped me with a wide range of methodologies and influences from which to draw.
I care deeply about creating structures that support thriving on an individual and collective level, and I see the modern workplace as a key locus for the impact of such systems to be felt.
